Masakari is the brain child of chef owner Brandon Xue. After obtaining his culinary training directly from Kyoto, Japan, he assembled a team of dedicated staff lead by executive sushi chef Danny-san, to bring you an array of fascinating new addition to our menu. Mr. Xue follows Japanese traditional cooking to heart, offering you unaltered cooking method that is on par with master Japanese chefs. His years of expertise in time honored Japanese cooking coupled with his dedication in bringing Japanese food back to its own perspective resulted in a menu that is customary.
